Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado Primero Promiscuo Municipal de Quimbaya (Quindío) y el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Alcalá (Valle), en torno al trámite de la acción de tutela de la referencia.
La Corte considera que el Juzgado del municipio de Quimbaya desconoció las reglas que definen la competencia territorial, al justificar su falta de competencia invocando el contenido del Decreto 1382 de 2000.
Con base en lo anterior, decide remitir el expediente a este despacho judicial para que asuma de manera inmediata y sin dilaciones, el conocimiento de la solicitud de amparo formulada.
